This is a great piece from the 1940's for the collector. The story goes that it was found in an estate sale in Alaska. This is truly a rare and unique vest with beading that resembles Cree or Iroquois. The bottom portion is a soft calf hide, while the rest of it is split hide leather.
This vest is in excellent shape for its age with no missing beads or fringe. Lining is satin.
