This buckle was made by the Ricardo Co. more than likely late 50's - early 60's. It has the "Ricardo" maker mark in cursive print on the backside of the buckle.
It's more than likely nickel silver with brass and bronze accents. It also features two red gemstones.
The buckle measures 4" x 3 1/4" and fits a 1.5" belt. Buckle also weights 2 oz.
This is a great example of Western mid-century Americana.
