Antique John B Stetson cowboy hat from the 1920's in very good, as found, original condition, boasting its original silk hatband, silk brim edge binding and leather sweatband, imprinted with the Stetson trademark, as well as a stamp indicating it was purchased from "Dave Shelley, Cody, Wyo..".
Inside the sweatband is the original Stetson size tag, indicating this hat is a size 7 1/8 along with indiscernible handwriting in pencil indicating the Block, Depth, and Finish specifications. Under the sweatband are the handwritten letters "CW".
4 1/2" wide brim. 7" crown.
