This is a fantastic example of folk/primitive painting from 1967. The artist is SH, Vilchez and it is entitled 'Collective Bargaining'. It depicts some sort of bartering with what appears to be prostitutes outside of cantina. It's just a classic example of folk art with a whimsical flare.
